Nails: Leighton Denny Polish Reviews "It's An Honour" & "Gold Save the Queen" and Miracle Mist Spray

Grey nail varnish is one of the most difficult nail colours to wear. The wrong tone and it can be bleak and draining, your nails will remind you of a rainy day. However, the right grey can be classy, subtle, and understated.

Leighton Denny's "It's An Honour" is the second type of grey. It has a very subtle metallic sheen which is not easily visible in the bottle but makes it a wearable shade.

I decided that even though the grey was wearable on it's own, I wanted some more sparkle. I tried out another Leighton Denny polish "Gold Save the Queen" This one is a very fine silver-ish glitter.

I started with the "Under Cover" base coat and then did one coat each of the grey and the glitter. To finish I used the "Crystal Finish" topcoat.

I also tried out the Leighton Denny "Miracle Mist" This aerosol spray claims to leave your nails touch dry in seconds. I was sceptical, but this product really works. It leaves nails dry enough to get on with other things without worrying. I don't think it would prevent the nail polish being smudged through a bigger scrape but for small touches it works brilliantly.

Everything came from this Leighton Denny set and I can honestly say that i'm very impressed with all the things I've tried so far!
